THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT! We’re stoked to lock back in for another multi-day epic adventure at Darkstar Hut in Huntington VT. Darkstar is part of the awesome VT Huts network (https://vermonthuts.org/), and is the perfect launching point to explore backcountry skiing on the western aspect of Camels Hump. Darkstar is located within the Camels Hump Nordic Ski Center and accessible by a one hour ‘ski-in’ from road parking. Loaded with lots of super groovy backcountry amenities, like fully off-grid solar electric, wood stove, propane range, fresh potable water, and wood-fired sauna, the hut is 100% pack-in/pack-out food, gear and trash. Group size for this trip is extremely limited with space for only 6. This trip is for skiers and riders with advanced skills navigating ungroomed conditions and challenging terrain in the backcountry. WFA or WFR recommended. Prior meet-up is…
